Rebellions Rebel100
Overview
The Rebellions Rebel100 is the South Korean designer's datacentre inference accelerator and the chip behind RebelServer, RebelRack and RebelPOD. Rebellions publishes 2,048 TFLOPS of FP8 and 1,024 TFLOPS of FP16, and labels these "Compute (Dense)" on its own homepage, so unlike most challenger silicon the dense basis here is stated rather than inferred; no sparse figure is published and none is derived. The chip is a four-homogeneous-chiplet SoC joined by UCIe-Advanced, with 512 MB of on-chip SRAM running at 192 TB/s, 144 GB of HBM3E at 4.8 TB/s, two PCIe Gen5 x16 host links and 1.6 TB/s of chip-to-chip Ethernet, built on Samsung 4nm. Rebellions states power as "up to 600 W" and gives no separate TDP figure; both the TDP and maximum power fields here carry that single number, so the 600 W shown is Rebellions' own rather than an estimate. Note one inconsistency in Rebellions' published material: the product page gives UCIe-Advanced as 1 TB/s per channel while the homepage describes 4 TB/s as three 1 TB/s channels per chiplet, and those do not reconcile across four chiplets, so only the per-channel figure is recorded here and no aggregate is computed. Rebellions publishes no launch date and no form factor for the card itself.
