What we store
When you send a rent or buy request we store what you typed: the hardware, quantity, timeframe, region, budget, use case, your name, company, email and message. We also store the page you came from, any campaign tags on the link, your browser's user agent, and a salted hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, so repeated abuse from one place can be spotted without keeping where you connected from.
When you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email. When you use the contact form or submit GPU specs we receive the message by email and do not keep a separate copy.
Who sees it
Requests go to the Flopper.io team by email and sit in our database. Your email address is also added to a contact list at Resend, the service we send mail with, so we can follow up.
We share a request with a GPU provider only if you ticked the box saying we may. Without that, nothing leaves Flopper.io. Providers who receive a request get the request itself and your contact details, nothing else about you.
Analytics
Site analytics are described in the cookie banner and are only enabled if you accept them. A request being sent is counted as an event without your name, email or message attached.
Deleting it
Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will delete your request and remove you from the contact list. Newsletter mails carry an unsubscribe link.
