Applied Digital (NASDAQ: APLD) designs, builds and operates large-scale datacenter campuses for AI and high performance computing, organised into two segments: Digital Infrastructure and AI Factories. It leases that capacity to hyperscalers and enterprises rather than selling GPU compute directly, which is what separates it from the neoclouds elsewhere in this directory. The company reports 175 MW live, 1.4 GW of critical IT under contract and 2.0 GW of total power, with an active pipeline of roughly 3 GW of utility power and an extended pipeline beyond 5 GW. Its Ellendale, North Dakota campus is built out in phases under contract to CoreWeave.
