About Cipher Digital

Cipher Digital, formerly Cipher Mining, develops and operates industrial-scale datacenters and leases that capacity to compute customers rather than selling GPU time. It publishes 700 MW of contracted capacity across Barber Lake (300 MW), Black Pearl (300 MW) and a third HPC lease (100 MW), with 207 MW operating at Odessa, which still runs Bitcoin hashrate at roughly 11.6 EH/s. Its pipeline runs to about 3.3 GW across seven further sites energising between 2027 and 2030: Reveille, Ulysses, McLennan, Mikeska, Colchis, Milsing and a Barber Lake expansion, the largest of which, Colchis, is a single 1 GW site on 610 acres.
