NVIDIA's proprietary high-bandwidth, low-latency interconnect technology for connecting multiple GPUs. Enables direct GPU-to-GPU communication without going through the CPU, essential for multi-GPU training. Bandwidth has evolved from 160GB/s (Gen 1) to 1800GB/s (Gen 5 in Blackwell).
