Kunlunxin R200-8F

The Kunlunxin R200-8F is the 32 GB member of the second-generation XPU-R accelerator line and the card used to build the eight-way R480-X8 accelerator group. It is a full-height full-length dual-slot PCIe Gen4 x16 card on 7nm delivering 256 TOPS of INT8, 128 TOPS of INT16, 128 TFLOPS of FP16 and 32 TFLOPS of FP32, with 32 GB of GDDR6 at 512 GB/s, ECC, passive cooling and a 160 W board power. Compute is identical to the 16 GB R200; only capacity and power differ. In the R480-X8 eight of these are joined by a 200 GB/s chip-to-chip interconnect for 2,048 TOPS of INT8 and 256 GB of GDDR6. Kunlunxin labels none of these figures dense or sparse and publishes no sparse rate.
