Overview

The Tenstorrent Blackhole p150a is the networked Blackhole card: 120 Tensix cores and 16 "big" RISC-V cores delivering 664 TFLOPS of Block FP8, with 180 MB of on-die SRAM and 32 GB of GDDR6 at 512 GB/s, on a 300 W actively cooled PCIe 5.0 x16 board. Four QSFP-DD 800G ports let cards be meshed directly to one another without going through the host, which is how Tenstorrent scales Blackhole beyond a single machine. Tenstorrent publishes a single compute figure and labels nothing dense or sparse, so only Block FP8 is recorded and no sparse value is derived.
