TWO PROCESSORS ON ONE CARD, which is why gpu_count is 2 while every other Wormhole and Blackhole row here is 1. Tenstorrent's specifications table is headed per CARD, not per processor, so the 128 Tensix cores, the 576 GB/s and all three compute figures below are already whole-card totals and must not be doubled. Note that the n300 runs 64 Tensix cores per processor against the n150's 72, so it is 1.78 times the n150 rather than twice, and every published figure scales by exactly that ratio, which is a useful check that the numbers were read off the right column. Tenstorrent hardware has no structured sparsity and labels no figure sparse, so all values are dense and peak_tflops_sparse is correctly NULL. The 262 TFLOPS BFP8 figure Tenstorrent also publishes is recorded in prose only, because this schema has no block-float precision name; note that it happens to equal the n150's FP8 figure, which is a coincidence of the 1.78 scaling and not a transcription error.

Overview

The Wormhole n300s puts two Wormhole processors on one passively cooled PCIe Gen4 card at $1,399, and because Wormhole carries Ethernet on the die the pair is programmed as one continuous Tensix grid rather than as two devices. That gives 128 Tensix cores, 192 MB of on-die SRAM and 24 GB of GDDR6 at 576 GB/s, drawing up to 300 W. Compute is 466 TFLOPS of dense FP8 and 131 TFLOPS of dense FP16, roughly 1.78 times the single-processor n150 because each processor here runs 64 Tensix cores rather than 72. Two QSFP-DD 200G ports carry the mesh off the card to other cards without going through the host, which is the mechanism Tenstorrent scales with. As with every Tenstorrent part, the real draw is that tt-metal and tt-forge are open source top to bottom.

Every figure here is dense. The vendor documents no structured (2:4) sparsity mode for this part, so there is no second number to quote.
