Identical silicon, memory, bandwidth, power and precision ladder to the Wormhole n150s; the ONLY differences Tenstorrent publishes are the axial fan and the $1,099 price against $999. The identical figures below are correct and are not a copy defect, exactly as the Blackhole p150a and p150b rows in this catalog are compute-identical and differ only in cooling. Tenstorrent hardware has no structured sparsity and labels no figure sparse, so every value is already dense and peak_tflops_sparse is correctly NULL. The 148 TFLOPS BFP8 figure Tenstorrent also publishes has no home in this schema, which has no block-float precision name, and is recorded only in prose.

Overview

The Wormhole n150d is the actively cooled n150, at $1,099 rather than $999, and it is the one to buy for a workstation that does not have server-grade front-to-back airflow. Everything else is the same card: one Wormhole processor with 72 Tensix cores at 1 GHz, 108 MB of on-die SRAM, 12 GB of GDDR6 at 288 GB/s, up to 160 W from a single 4+4-pin EPS12V connector, PCIe Gen4 x16, and two QSFP-DD 200G ports for meshing cards directly to one another. Tenstorrent publishes 262 TFLOPS of FP8 and 74 TFLOPS of FP16, both dense. The argument for Wormhole over a used NVIDIA card is the fully open software stack, tt-metal and tt-forge, rather than raw throughput.

Every figure here is dense. The vendor documents no structured (2:4) sparsity mode for this part, so there is no second number to quote.
