THE COMPUTE FIGURES ARE IDENTICAL TO THE ARC PRO B60 AND THAT IS CORRECT, NOT A COPY DEFECT. Both cards run 20 Xe-cores, 160 XMX engines and 20 ray tracing units at 2,400 MHz for 12.28 TFLOPS FP32 and 197 dense INT8 TOPS. They differ entirely in memory: this card is a harvested BMG-G31 that keeps the large die's 256-bit bus, so it carries 32 GB at 608 GB/s, where the Arc Pro B60 is the full BMG-G21 on 192 bits with 24 GB at 456 GB/s. Confirmed independently by the B65 datasheet, ARK SKU 245796 and the Arc Pro B-Series quick reference guide. Third-party reports of 24 Xe-cores on a 192-bit bus are wrong. Unlike the B70 there is no Intel-branded card; the B65 ships through board partners only, and form factor, dimensions, connector, outputs and warranty are all recorded by Intel as "Varies by Partner".

Overview

The Arc Pro B65 is the memory-first member of the Battlemage workstation family: the same compute as the Arc Pro B60, but on a cut BMG-G31 that keeps the big die's 256-bit memory interface, giving 32 GB of GDDR6 at 608 GB/s inside 200 W. Intel rates it at 12.28 TFLOPS FP32 and 197 dense INT8 TOPS. Against the B60 that is a third more capacity and a third more bandwidth for the same arithmetic throughput, which is the right trade for inference, where a model that fits generates tokens at the speed the memory can feed it rather than the speed the matrix engines can multiply. It was announced with the Arc Pro B70 at Intel Pro Day on 25 March 2026 and ships through board partners only. As with every Arc part, Intel publishes FP32 and INT8 and nothing else, so no FP16, BF16 or FP64 figure appears on this row.
