Overview

The Radeon PRO W7700 was AMD's professional card under $1,000, a 48 compute unit Navi 32 board with 96 AI accelerators giving 28.3 TFLOPS of FP32 vector and 56.6 TFLOPS of FP16 matrix. It carries 16 GB of ECC GDDR6 at 576 GB/s with 64 MB of Infinity Cache, and draws just 190 W from a single 8-pin connector in a 241 mm double-slot card, which makes it one of the easier ROCm-capable cards to fit into a standard workstation. Certified drivers and ECC are what separate it from the consumer RX 7800 XT built on the same silicon. RDNA 3 has no FP8 and no structured sparsity, and AMD publishes no FP64 or BF16 rate.
