The Radeon RX 9060 XT is the mainstream RDNA 4 card, and the 16 GB version is the cheapest way into a 16 GB AMD card with FP8 hardware. Its 32 compute units and 64 AI accelerators run at up to 3130 MHz, the highest boost clock in the family, giving 25.6 TFLOPS of FP32 vector and 205 TFLOPS of dense FP8. The catch is the 128-bit bus: 320 GB/s is half the RX 9070's bandwidth, so a model that fits in 16 GB will still generate tokens at roughly half the rate. At 160 W from a single 8-pin connector it is the easiest card in the family to fit into an existing machine.
